The Historian updates all social media marketing outlets regularly to promote the Alpha Theta Chapter of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. They also maintain and update all photo albums and Sorority pictures in an organized fashion, chronological order, labels, and more.

Community Service Chair

The Community Service Chair works with community service organization(s) at Wichita State University, and elsewhere, to gain resources, ideas, and service projects to present at general meetings. They also keep track of volunteer hours done by all syzters.

The Fundraising Chair seeks out, researches, and investigates potential ways to raise money for the Alpha Theta Chapter. They also work closely with the Treasurer in order to maintain sufficient funds in the Alpha Theta Chapter account.

The Recruitment Chair is responsible for scheduling, determining locations, and working with chairs for all events and informational meetings and ensure that the recruitment week abides the rules and policies of the University.

Social Chair

The Social Chair communicate with other social chairs and then inform syzters of the social events of other organizations. They also raise syzters’ interest in social events so that syzters remain socially involved with other organizations and energize the sorority and reconnect or strengthen syzter ties through social events.

The Academic Chair develops and enforces academic program including study hours, policies, etc. They also monitor syzters’ grades at least once every academic semester and are responsible for coordinating transcripts and grade releases.

The Public Relations Chair makes flyers, handbills, and any other forms of advertising for all sorority events as needed and approved by the Executive Board. They also abide by University regulations regarding posting flyers on campus grounds.

The Web Designer maintains the Alpha Theta Chapter website. They also upload content, create new pages, and update photos to keep the website clean while checking that pages are accurate and up to date.

The Performance Chair choreographs steps/strolls and hosts practices to teach syzters while seeking opportunities to perform.

The Alumni Chair publishes monthly newsletter to all Alpha Theta Chapter alumni that is distributed through e-mail, which includes updates from all chairs and future events. They also plan reunions every so often between the active house and alumni and they keep records and contact information of all Alpha Theta alumni.
